By utilising this website you are agreeing to the following terms of business.
For the clarification of doubt, references to ‘we, ‘us’ or ‘our’ below relate to art@home limited, references to ‘you’ reference the puchaser of goods or services and the viewer of this website. The ‘website’ is in reference to http://www.art-at-home.org.uk.
Orders 
Order acceptance, and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it beforehand.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
 Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions, or as we may reasonably see fit to impose.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our team.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Description of Products 

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take every reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Payment 

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery and any additional optional charges which you have selected.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. 
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Offers & Promotions
Internet offers may be exclusive to internet purchases only and are not always available in-store. Likewise, in-store sale and promotional offers do not necessarily apply to internet purchases.

Refusal of Transaction 

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any products or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our: withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. 
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:
Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
Be over 18 years of age.
Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. 
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

Deliveries

All deliveries are carried out by a professional independent delivery company. After consignments are dispatched, we will not be held responsible for any delays suffered by the delivery company.

Subject to the item/s you have order being in stock we aim to deliver within ten working days.

Privacy Policy
We regard the security of your personal data highly, we will therefore not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, or personal information to any third party without your permission.

If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters or advised us of your e-mail address, we may occasionally update you on news, relevant articles and special opportunities via e-mail unless you request that we do not do so.
If you wish, a copy of the information which we store about you can be supplied, a small administration fee may be charged. Please email enquiries@art-at-home.org.uk
All electronic transactions are processed by leading payment providers. We do not store your credit card details anywhere else for this purpose.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase from us. Therefore, if for any reason you decide that you do not wish to keep an item purchased from us, you can return it for a refund or replacement within 14 days to art@home limited, Stald Farm, Little Walden, Saffron Walden CB10 1XA. This policy does not apply to customised products,unless faulty, for example your photo to canvas, as we would be unable to resell such items.
Non-faulty items must be returned, at customer’s own expense, in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition. Please ensure that you enclose details of your name address and proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) with any returns.
