There is still a lot of confusion about the new regulations on passport photos. It is now possible to upload a photo and complete a passport application online. The cost of passport is cheaper if you apply online and that is where the ID Code system comes in. The ID Code system is a set of numbers supplied to you by your photographer and can be used on your application which allows you to submit your photo without uploading it yourself. The uploading is done by a secure server system.
